Daniel T. Lindquist is an Associate at Gensburg Calandriello & Kanter, P.C., where he concentrates his practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation. In the Bankruptcy Practice Group, Daniel guides both individual and business clients through the complexities of bankruptcy proceedings, offering individualized solutions for recovery, including Chapter 11 restructurings and Chapter 7 liquidations.

In the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, Daniel represents clients in a broad range of matters, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and other related business disputes. His advocacy includes both the prosecution and defense of complex commercial litigation.

Before joining Gensburg Calandriello & Kanter, Daniel gained extensive experience in insurance coverage litigation, general commercial litigation, and class-action and consumer protection litigation. He has represented clients in both state and federal courts honing his litigation skills across multiple practice areas.
